Every year Telangana Housing government do sanction to find new Double Bedroom units and release the updated list so that weaker section citizens can easily select the preferred home according to their location, budget or on further preferences.

Telangana Double Bedroom Eligibility –

  • తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో కుటుంబానికి మరే ఇతర ఇల్లు లేదా భూమి ఉండకూడదు.
  • కుటుంబం తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం యొక్క సరైన నివాస ధృవీకరణ పత్రాన్ని కలిగి ఉండాలి.
  • కుటుంబ వార్షికాదాయం రూ. లోపు ఉండాలి. 5 లక్షలు
  • లబ్ధిదారుల కుటుంబానికి ప్రస్తుత ఆహార భద్రత కార్డు ఉండాలి. ఆహార భద్రత కార్డ్ వారి పేర్లు మరియు వారి జీవిత భాగస్వామి పేరు
  • (వితంతువు, వితంతువు లేదా శారీరకంగా వికలాంగుల విషయంలో) ఒక సంఖ్యతో పాటు BPL కుటుంబానికి అర్హత పొందేందుకు.
  • గుడిసెలు, కచ్చా ఇళ్లు లేదా అద్దె ఇళ్లలో నివసిస్తున్న కుటుంబాలు అలాగే ఇల్లు లేని వారు.
